Noah Herrmann, Pastor
Growing up as the youngest of four children in Sheboygan, Wisc., Pastor Noah Herrmann quickly developed an affinity for the finer things in life: Wisconsin cheese and the Green Bay Packers. His aptitude for language and desire to become the next Bart Starr saw him through high school and on to Martin Luther College (MLC) in New Ulm, Minn. At MLC, Pastor Herrmann majored in Pre-Seminary Studies and played football, receiving the team MVP and all-conference awards his senior year.
After graduation, he returned to America’s Dairyland for four more years of study at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, Wisc. Ministry and internship opportunities took him from sea to shining sea: the gulf coast of Florida, Rocky Mountains of Colorado and sunny southern California (where he met his wife, Beth). In 2012, he received his Master of Divinity degree and was assigned to teach high school religion classes and supervise the dormitories at Luther Preparatory School in Watertown, Wisc. In 2014, he received the Divine Call to be pastor at Calvary.
Pastor and Beth (and their pup, Lexi) love living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. When not attempting to one-up each other in cribbage, you can find them hiking, watching movies or checking out the various dog parks on Seattle’s Eastside.
